How does motorcycle booking work?
- Choose a motorcycle from our online selection
- Submit your booking for the selected date
- Pay either a reservation deposit of 1,000 CZK or the full rental amount.
- Pick up the motorcycle in person on the chosen date and time
Where is the rental located?
Our pickup location is in Prague – Holešovice at the address Poupětova 869/8, 170 00 Prague 7. For an extra charge, we also offer motorcycle delivery to Václav Havel Airport , your hotel in Prague, or our second location in Havlíčkův Brod at Vrchlického 514, 580 01 Havlíčkův Brod.
How does motorcycle pickup work?
- Document check (valid ID and a valid driver’s license of the appropriate category)
- Signing the Rental Agreement
- Payment of rental and refundable security deposit
- Motorcycle condition check
- Motorcycle handover
Are the motorcycles insured? Does the insurance cover foreign countries?
Yes, all our motorcycles are fully covered by collision insurance.
The insurance is valid in all European countries.
When picking up the motorcycle, Security deposit is required, which covers the deductible in case of damage. The deposit can be paid:
- by a hold on a credit/debit card
- in cash
Do I need an International Driving Permit?
Yes, for riders from outside the EU, an International Driving Permit is also required.
Is there a limit on the number of kilometers?
For multi-day rentals there is no kilometer limit.
For one-day rentals, a limit of 400 kmapplies. Any excess is charged at 5 CZK per km..
What are the cancellation terms?
The reservation deposit is non-refundable.
However, if you cancel the reservation no later than 3 days before the scheduled rental, the deposit can be transferred to another date.
Which motorcycles can I ride with an A2 or A driving license?
Category A2 allows you to ride motorcycles up to 35 kW. Category A allows riding motorcycles without limits.
Which motorcycles can I ride with a car driving license?
Holders of a category B driving license are allowed to ride scooters with an engine capacity of 110–125 ccm.
What to do in case of damage or an accident?
If damage or an accident occurs, immediately document the situation with photos or a short video to clearly record the condition. Contact us right away. The sooner we know about the issue, the faster and more efficiently we can resolve it. In case of a serious accident, contact the police.
What are the emergency phone numbers?
Throughout the European Union, the universal emergency number is 112, which can be used to call the police, fire brigade, and medical emergency services.
In the Czech Republic, in addition to 112 you can also use specific numbers for each service: Police: 158, Fire Brigade: 150, Medical Emergency Service: 155.
